LAW PROHIBITS US FROM ACCEPTING RETURNS ON ALL TATTOO NEEDLES TATTOO INK, GREEN SOAP, ENVIROCIDE OR ANY OTHER LIQUID OR MEDICAL SUPPLY OPENED OR NOT. THIS IS A HEALTH ISSUE.

All sales are final unless you have a RMA (return merchandise authorization) from us at Against The Grain. We will exchange products that are a manufacturer defect at time of arrival if that ever happens. We do take the time to test everything prior to shipping. We also Strive to have good quality products. Once we receive your item we will inspect it. Within three business days we will ship out your replacement or credit back your payment the same form you paid for item. If you need a replacement sooner we will ask for a deposit.
